REF. 002 // ABOUT

I'm a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (University of the Philippines Los Baños) with over 15 years of cross-functional experience navigating clinical animal health operations, corporate product management, and high-impact digital content development.

That combination is my edge as an Executive Virtual Assistant: I don't just manage a calendar or a CRM — I understand the clinical and operational context behind the requests, whether that's routing a lab result, briefing an executive before a supplier call, or keeping a content pipeline moving without dropping a deadline.

I've led national product launches, coordinated with global suppliers, and built back-end systems for multiple client portfolios — blending specialized veterinary insight with structured project management to help fast-growing remote teams stabilize their processes and scale. I also stay hands-on with animal welfare advocacy work on the side, which keeps me close to the field I trained in.

SOP-101

High-Volume Executive Inbox Triage & Calendar Management

Objective: a systematic framework for daily inbox sorting, meeting priority defense, and scheduling friction reduction. Executed twice daily (08:00 and 16:00) using Google Workspace / Outlook and Slack.

Phase 1 — Inbox Triage
  • Priority 1, Immediate Escalation: high-value accounts and urgent blockers — forwarded via Slack with a one-sentence briefing.
  • Priority 2, Calendar Action: scheduling requests — moved to Phase 2.
  • Priority 3, Informational: updates and newsletters — archived to a weekly review folder.
  • Priority 4, Low Value: unsolicited pitches — archived or unsubscribed immediately.
Phase 2 — Calendar Defense
  • A mandatory 15-minute buffer before and after every meeting, protecting time to document notes.
  • No external calls scheduled during designated deep-work blocks without explicit clearance.
  • Every invite includes a scannable agenda, project board links, and confirmed video call details.
Phase 3 — Daily Executive Briefing

A clean, bulleted Slack summary at 17:00 covering decisions finalized, tomorrow's priority meetings, and items pending executive review.
